Keto Avocado and Lemon Smoothie


Keto diet is quite trendy in town. Keto dieters are demanding Keto juice or menu whenever they eat out. Here is a Keto avocado and lemon smoothie which can give your customers a satisfying drink without letting gain weight. It is not only packed with healthy fats from avocado and two scoops of protein make this perfect Keto-friendly smoothie. Check here for recipe: 


  • a large avocado

  • 1 kiwi

  • a cup of spinch, slightly steamed

  • cucumber

  • 6 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp. brain octane oil 

  • 2 scoop collagen protein 

  • 1 scoop whey protein  

  • 2 cup shaved ice

  • Xylitol or stevia (instead of sugar)


  1. Blend all ingredients except collagen until it becomes smooth and creamy. 

  2. Add extra water and re-blend it depends on your desired thickness. 

  3. Taste and adjust the flavors if needed. Add the collagen last and blend slowly to avoid damaging the proteins. 

  4. Pour into glasses. Enjoy!

Note: you can decorate with your favorite toppings.
